An adventure story reflecting human foibles from a rural British village. The characters express their frustrations as they stray near politics and religion, and dice with death on the way.

Six biographies intertwined each given one paragraph making up the first chapter. The last sentence in each further chapter provides a hint as to which person/paragraph was referred to in that chapter. Eventually all the biographies are linked, or are they?

Palm Court music is easy listening. It includes songs from the shows, other well-known melodies and classical pieces.
The 100 tunes are on You Yube, one for each of the first 100 days of the Covid lockdown. There's one of Ilfra's paintings for each piece.
